Argo Canoe Livery

Ann Arbor MI - Extensive riverside park reconstruction and several features added to accommodate ADA access

Sharon Mill Bridge

Manchester MI - Project consisted of demolition removal and replacement of a historic bridge.  Sharon Mill was part of the Henry Ford cottage industries on waterways surrounding the greater Detroit metro area.  Bridge required deep foundations (54'), reconstructed landings, guardrail work, and dam abutment wall parging/maintenance.  Seasonal water fluctuations made the project rather interesting.


Lake Lansing Docks

Marine Front, Haslett, MI - Expansive pier with multiple fish habitat structures, several boat docks and solar lighting which adds delight to this scenic setting.   With water depths approaching 20 feet, the helical pier foundations required a torque head derrick.  We added a new barge, crane, and a workboat to our equipment line to get the project completed.  Project was awarded a beautification award from mParks.

Independence Lake County Park

Whitmore Lake MI - At a Washtenaw County Parks tournament quality Disc Golf location.  Shelter features Storage, Solar Panel powered lighting, sizable natural fireplace, large serving area with granite counter, and Limestone cap seating. 


Mill Creek Crossing

Dexter MI - Project consisted of heavy capacity boardwalks, concrete covered bridge on deep foundations, every imaginable utility crossings, solar powered lighting, solar powered rapid flashing crosswalk lighting, and paved pathways.

Pathway to Health

West Bloomfield MI - Project was composed of a meandering pathway through several differing settings including Greenhouse, Henry Ford Hospital, Lake Side, Across wetlands, through wooded settings, and featured unique seating areas.


175' Fieldcrest BridgE

Brighton MI - Crossing the Huron River, this lengthy pedestrian bridge required deep helical pier foundations and retaining walls.  Adjacent service drive road required uninterrupted emergency services access eliminating the sizable crane opportunity.  The bridge was set using a skid steer and mini excavator.

Nicholson Preserve

MT Clemens MI - Greenfield Park development on the Clinton River with bridges, paved pathways, boardwalks, picnic shelter, pit latrine, elevated overlooks, riverside classroom, and a nice gated entryway.


CAMP DEARBORN BRIDGE & PATHS

Milford MI - Project added an additional park entry off the extensive Kensington Metropark trail system.  Required development of paved pathways through wooded area, ADA pathway grade cut down a significant hillside, adding parking lot, Kayak Launch, and signage

 

CAMP DEARBORN CABINS

Milford MI - Project started as a design competition for a 5-bed cabin with full bath and detached camp kitchen.  Eight cabins were constructed with water and sanitary hookups.  Cabins were standalone Lakefront features.
