We have provided a full spectrum of trade skills while repairing, moving, lifting, and restoring structures. The balance between historic authenticity and adaptive reuse of space is always part of a project discussion. Adaptive reuse has frequently included public park use, commercial use, and living quarters. A mix of vintage and modern tools are utilized to complete tasks efficiently, without sacrificing preservation as the primary goal. Legendary Timberworks is a “doing business as” (DBA) of Brock & Associates, Inc.

Ken Brock is an energetic businessman and hands on craftsman with a passion for old and new Timber Frames alike. Ken is known as a journeyman craftsman and out-of-box idea man who holds both Engineering and Business degrees. A quiry of Ken Brock will also disclose BL Holdings LLC as an affiliation. BL Holdings is a portfolio of commercial properties held. Ken Brock has been and continues to be, the sole shareholder and Executive Officer of all companies.
