Residential home

The Broughton home had significant foundation damage which was causing the flooring to fail, the walls to crack and the roof line to fall. By lifting the home, access was granted to the crawl space, allowing it to be expanded for future access and use. Before the home was placed back on its foundations the entire home was straightened and repaired.

Miodowski private barn

The Miodowski Barn had significant flooding in the foundations, wood rot, and loss of timber from the walls. A building lift was performed to access and fully restore the barns foundations and straighten out the entire structure. The size of this barn required significant structural bracing and planning to ensure a successful project.
